Casita Andina pays homage to the home of an Andean grandmother, cooking from the heart for her family. Working closely with the owner, Martin Morales, I designed the bar and ceviche counter as the centrepiece of the ground floor restaurant. The first floor is inspired by a typical Peruvian dining room, opening out onto a sun terrace. Many of the key design features were commissioned directly from Andean artisans especially for the restaurant.
